About the Customer Success Representative Position
As a member of our customer success team you will be the face of our company, delivering a world class customer experience to patients and healthcare providers across Canada. You will be responsible for communicating product information to customers and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face. You are someone who is genuinely excited to help customers and a confident problem-solver.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for Medimap's customers, including patients and healthcare providers, to help resolve issues and answer questions
- Onboard new customers and ensure they have a smooth transition onto our platform
- Act as the owner of your own book of business
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on our products and services
- Ensure customers are receiving and understand the value being delivered by our platform.
- Work closely with our development and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into future product improvements
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Medimap's products and services to provide effective and efficient support to customers
- Create and maintain customer success materials, such as user guides, FAQs, and training materials
- Proactively identify potential issues and work with customers to resolve them before they become problems
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to help onboard new customers and promote Medimap's products and services
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)
- 1-2+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role, ideally in a healthcare or technology industry
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and enjoy operating in a face-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with customer success tools, such as CRM software, and the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and helping people access healthcare services
